WHAT: During the month of April and May, Born a Queen Foundation will be gathering the following items to be donated to Hope Pointe Behavioral Health Crisis Care:
Travel-sized
Shampoo
Conditioner
Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
Soap
Hairbrush/Combs
Underwear (Male and Female) up to 5x (new)
i.e. Bras, briefs, boxers, panties
Socks (new)
Feminine Products
Bottled Water
Dry Goods (individually wrapped)
Chips
Crackers
Cookies
We will host a kit assembly event on May 1, 2024.
From the Hope Pointe website: "A crisis can happen to any one of us at any time. Hope Pointe is here to help when you need it. our goal is to provide comprehensive behavioral crisis intervention. Behavioral crisis intervention can prevent hospitalization and stabilize people experiencing acute mental health or substance use concerns. Hope Pointe's crisis services include walk-in services, triage, psychiatric evaluation, consultation, assessment, and community referrals. We will welcome anyone who is seeking services and provide a warm hand-off to continued care."
