Studies show that non-family mentors have great influence in the life of adolescents. At Born a Queen Foundation, our flagship event connects at-risk middle school young women with a network of peers and mentors that spend a week coaching, directing and connecting. The Queens' Academy & Pageant® enriches the lives of young women by teaching pageantry skills built around habits of wellness and a growth mindset. Join us in empowering these young women to redirect the trajectory of their lives through pageantry and service.

The Queens' Academy® & Pageant
The Queens' Academy® is a week-long camp where girls learn the art of Pageantry. They will learn how to walk for beauty and Fun Fashion and how to execute the interview. Through the process of learning and executing new skills, with a team of peers that support and encourage, the girls will gain confidence and resilience. The queens display their skills in a scholarship pageant at the conclusion of the week.

Born a Queen® Alumni Program
The Born a Queen® alumni Program is about empowerment, ministry and service. Now that our queens know their worth and have the skill to move forward, our ministry will help them to go out and teach others what they know.
All participants in the Queens' Academy® & Pageant are considered lifelong Born a Queen® alumni. Alumni status means that each girl is among an elite sisterhood and they have access to the following privileges:
Alumni Events (Team-building camps, community involvement, service, etc.)
Full Paid entry to partnering pageants for one year.
Queen Mentor for life
A network of resources to navigate pageantry (local, state and national pageant information, etc.)
Continuing education on college, scholarship, leadership, and future upward mobility.
Born A Queen® Foundation aims to model and instill a growth mindset.
The Queens' pillars of wellness consist of physical, spiritual, intellectual and social pillars. At Born A Queen® Foundation, the Queens' pillars provide the foundation of resilience. Coupled with the growth mindset, girls will have the cornerstone set to build the structure of their future by creating habits that will direct them on the path that they have set.
